Vegan Tiramisu

A Tiramisu brings joy on every table … and with this recipe even on vegan tables 🙂 Don´t miss to try it out and leave your thoughts in the comments.

Vegan Tiramisu


for the dough:

120 g flour
80 g sugar
3 Tbsp oil
125 ml water
2 Tsp baking powder

for the cream:

250 ml soy yoghurt
150 ml water
50 g semolina
½ grated lemon rind
1 Pack vanilla sugar
½ Tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp Amaretto
1 pinch of salt
120 g plant based margarine
300 ml cold, strong coffee
50 ml Amaretto



1. For the dough mix the flour, sugar, oil, water and beking powder with a whisk and spread it in a baking form (approx. 20 x 30 cm)
2. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180° C
3. Let it cool and cut in spoon-sized pieces

1. Put the soy yoghurt, water, sugar and semolina in a pot and bring it to a boil while stiring, let it simmer for about 3 more minutes
2. Take the pot from the flame, continue stiring, and add the lemon rind, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, 2 Tbsp Amaretto and the pinch of salt. Mix it well
3. Put the cream in the fridge for about 90 minutes. Stir it from time to time
4. After 90 minutes add the margarine and stir well again


5. Now mix the coffee and Amaretto in a flat bowl
6. Dip in the biscuit pieces and spread over the bottom of a bowl (about 20 x 20 cm)
7. Above it a layer of cream, followed by another layer of biscuit and at last another layer of cream
8. Dust with cocoa powder and put it in the refridgerator for at least 6 hours
